CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

I understand the following:

If I already hold a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification - I understand my hours can go towards my 300hr Yoga Alliance Certification, and count as Yoga Alliance Continued Education YACEP hours.
If I do not have my initial 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification - these courses can be taken as immersions.

I commit to attending ALL live LUCID FLOW, and live SEEDS Zoom calls, and watching all of the pre-recorded STARLIGHT Zoom calls.
