Welcome to SōHAM - Mentorship Circle

This is a sacred space for those who have walked the path of our Lucid Flow and/or Elements Yoga Teacher Training—whether in person or online.

Thank you, from the depths of my heart, for being a part of the ever-growing SōHA family. You are always held in my heart space. This circle was born from my desire to continue walking beside you—to support you as your journey unfolds and to witness how this work continues to ripple through your life and practice. 

Within this space, I’ll be sharing gentle yet powerful mindset tools, soulful reflections, as well as opening the gathering for mastermind empowerment, where we can share our latest wins, struggles, tools, and creative ways to share and grow our purpose in this world. 

A place where we can discuss cycles and feels, moon and starfield currents and activations, problem solving, and inner/outer growth tools to bring to your Yoga universe.

My hope is to meet you exactly where you are, and offer the power of the sangha, when we come together as One. So that your inner tree may continue to grow strong, radiant, and uniquely yours, supported by our beautiful SōHA mothering Tree.

This is a living, breathing circle—a place where you are invited to 

give to the tree,

receive from the tree,

and remember that you are the tree.

We’ll gather in to reconnect, share our hearts, and remember the threads that continue to weave us together.
